How do I convert a ING statement to Excel or CSV?
In My ING, go to 'Service' > 'Your downloads & statements' > 'Download Transactions', pick the account and dates, and download the PDF. Current-account transactions go back up to 10 years. Then upload that PDF here: the converter reads every page, scanned ones included, and returns one row per transaction with date, description, debit, credit, balance, reference and currency. Where do you get your ING statement?
ING statements (rekeningafschriften) are downloaded as PDFs from My ING or the ING app. Whether it is a monthly account statement or an exported period, the converter reads the layout and lines up every row automatically.
How to download your ING statement as PDF
In the app
- Open the ING app and select a current account.
- Go to 'Settings' (the gear icon) > 'Download statements'.
- Enter a start and end date.
- Choose a file format, for example PDF showing book balance, and confirm with 'Download'.
In online banking
- Log in to My ING.
- Go to 'Service' > 'Your downloads & statements' and select 'Download Transactions'.
- Select the account and the date range.
- Choose the file type (most commonly used: PDF showing book balance) and confirm with 'Download to files'.
Current-account transactions go back 10 years, savings 8. My ING Zakelijk (business) can also export transactions to Excel or CSV, so if you only need recent business transactions, try that first. For PDF statements you already have, older periods or statements from a client, convert them here.
